Nulithic Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Empires of Hindustan (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play our Game.

By downloading, accessing, or playing Empires of Hindustan, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide and improve the Game, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account and Authentication Data: When you sign in using Google Play Games Services or Firebase Authentication, we receive data such as your player ID, username, and basic profile information.
  • Game Data and Progress: We collect and store your campaign progress, resource counts, unlocked achievements, and leaderboard rankings on our secure cloud servers to enable cross-device play.
  • Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing (and our authorized payment partners like BillDesk). We do not collect or store your credit card details or financial information on our servers. We only receive a transaction receipt and purchase status to grant you in-game items.
  • Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect diagnostic data via Firebase, including your device type, operating system, IP address, crash logs, and how you interact with the Game.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To create and maintain your game account.
  • To save your progress and sync it across multiple devices.
  • To process in-app purchases and prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • To monitor game performance, fix bugs, and analyze usage trends.
  • To secure our infrastructure using Firebase App Check.

3. Account Linking and Google Play Games Recall API

To provide a seamless cross-device experience, Empires of Hindustan utilizes the Google Play Games Services Recall API.

If you play the Game without an active Play Games Services profile, we may still share a secure identifier (a "recall token") with Google to link your in-game account to your Google Account. This enables automatic progress restoration if you switch devices.

  • Your Consent: By playing the Game, you consent to sharing this account linking data with Google.
  • Management: You can manage or disable this sharing at any time through the Google Play Games settings on your Android device.
  • Google's Processing: Any data shared with Google for this purpose is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Services

We employ third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. These services have their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services & Google Play Games
  • Google Analytics for Firebase (for usage analytics)
  • Firebase Crashlytics (for tracking crashes and performance)
  • BillDesk (for processing cross-border and regional payments)

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Your Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated game data. To request data deletion, please email us at support@nulithic.in with your Player ID. Upon receiving your verified request, we will delete your game progress and personal data from our active servers within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Empires of Hindustan does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
